NanoGym workouts will help you build healthy posture, flexibility, strength, and mobility—allowing you to move through the world with greater confidence.
The NanoGym method is a simple and effective way to make every workout more enjoyable. Thanks to the workout visualization system, the instructor no longer has to demonstrate every exercise, giving them more time to focus on the participants. This allows for better client care and also enhances the quality of each session by increasing the number of exercises performed during the workout.
The transition time between exercises has been reduced to a minimum, allowing each participant to complete between 8 and 14 different exercises during a single 40-minute workout (not including warm-up and cool-down). As a result, no one feels bored or disengaged, and every exercise is performed at 100% effort.
At NanoGym Pilates, we understand the many benefits that regular reformer training brings to the body. That’s why every participant at NanoGym spends up to half of their workout time on the reformer. Reformer training is gentle on the joints and spine, improves posture, strengthens deep muscles, increases flexibility and range of motion, and helps shape the body.
However, despite all these benefits, reformer workouts alone do not build muscle mass and strength as quickly as traditional strength training. That’s why at NanoGym Pilates, we combine reformer sessions with other highly effective training methods such as yoga, mat Pilates, and modern functional training.
The NanoGym method, which combines functional and strength training, places strong emphasis on movement coordination and balance as the foundation for achieving real results in a short period of time. Focusing on body balance helps participants avoid and prevent injuries while strengthening and developing deep core muscles.
To support this approach, the functional training accessory set includes essential tools such as Balance Bags—specially designed for training with unevenly distributed weight.
Since ancient times, weightlifting has been a method for building muscle mass and strength. At NanoGym, we use dumbbells, but we limit their maximum weight and instead increase workout intensity and the number of repetitions in each set.
Unlike traditional weightlifting, NanoGym training burns fat tissue, enhances muscle aerobic capacity and endurance, and contributes to the growth of lean muscle mass only.
At their own pace and with a load appropriate for their level. There’s no comparison to others, as each person performs a different exercise at the same time, with different resistance and targeting a different muscle group.
The instructor has time to help, correct, and motivate each participant individually because they don’t need to demonstrate the exercises. That’s what the monitors are for at Nano Gym—they display the entire workout, prepared in advance by the instructor, with proper technique shown.
Today, we know that strength training is essential for improving joint health, rebuilding muscle tissue, and boosting the body's overall metabolism. Each NanoGym session is designed to dedicate half of the workout time to strength training.
They have to be—because that’s what keeps people coming back and training more often and with more enthusiasm. That’s why in every session, participants perform between 8 and 14 different exercises using various accessories and training equipment. There’s no time for boredom or monotony—because even if someone doesn’t like a particular exercise, it lasts a maximum of 5 minutes before switching to something completely different.
Our workouts are designed to build a healthy, well-balanced physique from the ground up. Each session is based on the principle of developing opposing muscle groups to create a harmonized body structure. Participants receive a dedicated mobile app where they can track how each workout is strengthening the appropriate muscle groups.
At every NG studio, we use the latest technology—but without overwhelming you with it. In fact, we intentionally keep it in the background, because we know that you may already be overloaded with tech in your daily life and at work. At NG, technology means primarily our exercise visualization system. Not avatars, but real people performing each of the 1,000 exercises correctly, available in our workouts.
We also don’t force our own workouts on anyone. Our app is designed to give local instructors full flexibility to create their own sessions—because they know their clients best. They know exactly what each group wants and can prepare a custom workout in just three minutes, ready to be displayed on the studio monitors. They can also manage the workouts and displayed content remotely from anywhere in the world via admin access.
The system automatically counts down the time for each exercise and displays the next one—individually for every participant. In addition, each NanoGym participant receives access to the Nano Bit app, which tracks their body’s development. The system knows which muscle groups are targeted by each workout, allowing users to monitor the progress of the specific areas they care about most. It shows in real time how regular exercise improves their fitness—and how it declines when they stop training.
Nano Bit also allows for gamified competition for those who enjoy challenges and racing—either within a single club or against users around the world.
